El tour comienza desde su hotel en autobuses de primera clase con aire acondicionado y un guía que le dará explicación de las actividades que Xel Há ofrece. El trayecto a Xel Ha es aproximadamente de una hora con quince minutos. Xel-Há es el acuario natural más grande del mundo. Formado por una laguna de agua salada que desemboca en el Mar Caribe que asemeja a un precioso espejo. Este parque ecológico es alimentado por un río de tranquilas corrientes.
La leyenda cuenta que los dioses Mayas combinaron su sabiduría, ilusión y amor por la belleza para crear el lugar en donde se conjunta lo mejor de la naturaleza del Caribe. Llegada a Xel-Ha .
Cuenta con una visita guiada de aproximadamente 25 minutos para explicar ubicación de las facilidades y posteriormente estará por su cuenta, en el tour el conductor o guía mencionará a que hora y en que lugar se reunirán para abordar el autobús de regreso.
En el paquete “all inclusive” están incluidas: las entradas al parque, alimentos y bebidas los cuales pueden utilizar cualquiera de los 4 restaurantes con los que cuenta el parque, servicio de toallas, lockers, equipo de snorkel incluido (con deposito).
Actividades opcionales no están incluidas: nado con delfines, snuba, snorkeling tour, open water diving.

From what hotels do you pick up in Cancun or Puerto Juarez?
We pick up
from all hotels in and around Cancun and Puerto Juarez. We will send you a pickup time when you reserve but most pick ups are between 7:20 AM and 8:00 AM.
How do I take this tour from Isla Mujeres?
You will need to take the ferry from Isla Mujeres to
the ferry terminal at Puerto Juarez where we pick up. Pick up time is at 7:15 AM so you will need to catch a ferry that arrives before that time. Both ferry terminals in Puerto Juarez have scheduled pick up times at 7:15
AM.
How do I take this tour from Puerto Juarez?
Puerto Juarez hotels are part of the regular Cancun pick up. We will send you pick up time when you reserve.
You may also go to either ferry terminal in Puerto
Juarez for a 7:15 AM pickup.
How many people are on the bus?
The buses hold a maximum of 53 people.
Does the bus have a washroom?
Most of the buses we use for the Xel-Ha tour do have bathrooms on board. However some
do not.
Do you have group discounts?
Yes. Groups begin
with a few as 10 people so please ask.
How is your tour better than all the other tours you find on the internet?
While Xel-Ha is the same regardless of the tour you take, we pride ourselves on excellent service and experienced guides, and a complete “all inclusive
package” and we make every effort to make your tour enjoyable. Our buses are comfortable and your guides are professionals. Also some other tours have a longer waiting time before you actually depart for Xel-

What types of food and drinks are included?
The lunch includes salads, breads, and Yucatan regional dishes of chicken and pork as well as hamburgers, and hot dogs. There will be sufficient variety of foods from which to choose where all will
find something to their liking. There are several restaurants and even your ice cream is included. You will enjoy the lunch and you will encounter a new cuisine, but delightful. Drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are
included, and yes it is open bar. Water is also included in the all inclusive package, of which we recommend you drink plenty.

About 60% of Xel-Ha is accessible by wheel chair.
