El tour comienza partiendo desde su hotel en vehículos de primera clase con aire acondicionado y un guía certificado, además de bebidas a bordo durante el trayecto de ida ademas de un box lunch con un sandwich, papas fritas, galletas y jugo

Nuestra primera parada será en la hermosa ciudad de Valladolid, ahí haremos un recorrido panorámico de solo 20 minutos para disfrutar del ambiente típico de la ciudad, así como observar la vida diaria de los actuales mayas y admirar la arquitectura de la catedral, palacio de gobierno y el jardín central de la ciudad.

Posteriormente nos dirigiremos a un restaurant con aire acondicionado llamado “Chilam Balam” donde podrá disfrutar de una deliciosa comida buffet con barra de ensaladas, pastas, comida típica de la región como la auténtica cochinita pibil y las tortillas hechas a mano en el momento, así como también podrá disfrutar de, carne, pescado, pollo y postres y dos bebidas incluidas (refresco y agua de frutas).

Al terminar la comida continuamos nuestro recorrido a Chichen Itzá, ahí el guía le dará una explicación de cada uno de los templos y después tendrá usted una hora libre para sacar fotografías o simplemente admirar la majestuosidad de tan misterioso lugar

Finalmente visitaremos el ya famoso cenote X-cajum y maravillarnos con su belleza natural y nadar en sus azules aguas con las que cuenta. Nuestro tour termina cuando abordamos el vehículo para transportarnos de regreso a su hotel y pueda usted descansar después de pasar un día inolvidable.

Questions about reservations and cancellations

What happens once I reserve?
Once you send in a reservation with your credit card we will charge your card the amount of the tour. Then we will send you a coupon which you will print and bring with you to be given to the driver at the time of pickup. The coupon is your proof of purchase and will have a unique confirmation number and coupon number on it and an emergency phone number to call if something goes wrong.

How much in advance can I make the reservation?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get the trip when you want to go. There are many times we have no space available 4-5 days in advance. We recommend you send in your reservation, complete with your credit card information, and if space is not available we will call or email you with when space is available. So be sure to include your phone number on your reservation form

Should I send in my credit card with the reservation?
Yes because you have a much better chance of getting the tour the less time that goes by before the departure. If there is no space available we will not charge your credit card but advise when the tour is available closest to the date you want. If you send in a reservation form without a credit card number inquiring about availability then we respond, simply more time passes giving the tour more time to fill up. Again once you are ready to reserve it is best to send your reservation with a credit card. Please remember no reservation is made until we have payment via your credit card or by other means.

I send in a reservation with my credit card and what happens?
Once you send a reservation we confirm that there is space available. Then we charge your card. We then put the confirmation number on a coupon or voucher and send it to you in an email. You print it and that is your paid receipt for the tour. You present the coupon at check in.

How can I check the status of my reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are going to be than 48 hours getting you a response. If 48 hours has gone by and you have gotten no update or coupon please call 1 866 97 85 985 from the USA and Canada or +52-998-848-17-80 from the rest of the world. If you are already in Cancun our local number is 848-17-80 and if you are outside Cancun dial 1 866 97 85 985 also there is the CHAT (excellent option).

What is your cancellation policy ?
You can cancel any trip or tour up to 48 hours before departure and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip or tour is cancelled by the operator you will receive a 100% refund or we will reschedule at your request.
