Teotihuacán and Guadalupe Shrine
Overview
Departure from the hotel 8:30 am in the direction of the Plaza de las Tres Culturas, located in the Barrio de Tlatelolco, where the conjunction of the three eras the country has lived: pre-Hispanic, colonial and modern. A short 15-minute scale to take photos and listen to the explanation.
Continuation to the Basilica of Guadalupe, the second most visited Catholic sanctuary in the world. Stay for about an hour, with an explanation of the Basilica in the interior, the old Basilica and the most important chapels of the Sanctuary.
We will continue to Teotihuacán, "where men become gods". We will visit the Temple of Quetzalcoatl, the Causeway of the Dead, the Pyramid of the Sun, the Moon and the Temple of the Quetzal-Papalotl.
Lunch at a typical restaurant in the area of the archaeological zone. National and international cuisine.
Return to Mexico City around 4:30 p.m.
