The dolphin and you will share many sensational and safe activities and establish a unique bond of trust.
Your new dolphin friend will greet you with a handshake and a kiss in Puerto Aventuras, their home in the Mexican Riviera.Later, you will then enjoy two thrilling interactive program activities, the Belly Ride, and the Boogie Board Foot Push, as well as moments of great spontaneity while you become best friends with the dolphin.

How do I get from my hotel in the Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen or Puerto
Morelos to the dolphin swim area?
We have hotel pick up for the Dolphin
activities. We will send you pick up times when you reserve, just be sure to send us your hotel in the Riviera Maya.
I have people who want to go that do no plan to do the Dolphin Swim. Can they go and watch and how much does it cost?
Yes they can go. The only cost will be the $10 for the transportation
which they will pay as they board the van.
I
have a group of people is there a bus or a large van?
No problem we have
35 passenger buses and 12 person vans to move groups.
Questions about the dolphin activity
Can people that are not doing the dolphin swim watch?
Yes. There
is a spectator area for people to watch the participants in the dolphin swim. Spectators do need to pay a $10 fee for the transportation from the hotel to the Dolphin area.
Where does actual activity take place?
In Puerto Aventuras there are canals that connect to the open sea. The Dolphin area is located in one of the protected waterways in a nice
facility.

If you arriving
at Playa del Carmen you are a short 15 minute taxi ride away from the Dolphin area in Puerto Aventuras and you will have time to do your swim there.
How do we get to the Dolphin Swim area from the Ship n Playa del Carmen?
When you arrive by cruise ship you will disembark and there will be a Dolphin Representative waiting for you
with a sign. They will pick you up and take you by van to Puerto Aventuras.
We are arriving by cruise ship to Calica. Will we be able to take this tour?
If you arriving at Calica you are a short 15 minute taxi ride away from the Dolphin area in Puerto Aventuras and you will have time to do your swim there.

What happens once I reserve?
Once you send in a reservation with your credit card we will charge your card the amount of the tour. Then we will send you a coupon which you will print and bring with you to be given to the driver at the time of pickup. The coupon is your proof of purchase and will have a unique confirmation number and coupon number on it and an emergency phone number to call if something goes wrong.

times we

available
4-5 days
in
advance.

recommend
you send
in
your
reservation,

with
your
credit
card
information,
and if
space is
not
available
we will
call or

Should I
send in
my
credit
card
with the
reservation?
Yes
because
you have
a much
better
chance
of
getting
the tour
the less
time
that
goes by
before
the
departure.
If there
is no
space
available
we will
not
charge
your
credit
card but
advise
when the
tour is
available
closest
to the
date you
want. If
you send
in a
reservation
form
without
a credit
card
number
inquiring
about
availability
then we
respond,
simply
more
time
passes
giving
the tour
more
time to
fill up.
Again
once you
are
ready to
reserve
it is
best to
send
your
reservation

credit
card.
