The "Splash" program is ideal to spend 45 minutes on a platform with the dolphins to touch them, interact, receive a kiss, watch the free jump, practice the signs, among other activities while you know their physiognomy and the right way to feed them.
Requirements:
The admission is allowed to pregnant women, children and babies of any age. All participants must to pay the admission and they will receive life jackets, so it is not necessary to know how to swim.

How do I get from my hotel in Cancun to the Dolphin encounter area?
When you reserve we will send you the ticket with the instructions how to get to the dolphin area and you may either travel by bus or by cab. If you do not
speak Spanish do not worry as every cab driver knows where to take you.
How do I get from my hotel in the Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen or Puerto Morelos to the dolphin swim area?

Yes they can go. We have a program where for each paid dolphin activity you are allowed one person to accompany you for free.
What must additional people pay if they want to watch the dolphin activity?

Must I be a good swimmer?
No you do not need to know how to swim. You will be on platform only waist deep in the water.

What happens once I reserve?
Once you send in a reservation with your credit card we will charge your card the amount of the tour. Then we will send you a coupon which you will print and bring with you to be given to the driver at the time of pickup. The coupon is your proof of purchase and will have a unique confirmation number and coupon number on it and an emergency phone number to call if something goes wrong.

We do
recommend
you make

reservations

so that

sure to
get the
trip
when you
want to

times we
have no
space
available
4-5 days
in
advance.
We
recommend
you send
in your
reservation,
complete
with
your
credit
card
information,
and if
space is
not
available
we will
call or
email
you with
when
space is
available.
So be
sure to
include
your

on your
reservation

Should I
send in
my
credit
card
with the
reservation?
Yes
because
you have
a much
better
chance
of
getting
the tour
the less
time
that
goes by
before
the
departure.
If there
is no
space
available
we will
not
charge
your
credit
card but
advise
when the
tour is
available
closest
to the
date you
want. If
you send
in a
reservation
form
without
a credit
card
number
inquiring
about
availability
then we
respond,
simply
more
time
passes
giving
the tour
more
time to
fill up.
Again
once you
are
ready to
reserve
it is
best to
send
your
reservation
with a
credit
card.
