An experience you have to live! The departure is from Cancun to Isla Mujeres in a fabulous catamaran sailing until the reefs near to Isla “el Farito” where you´ll receiv instructions and after delivering the equipment, the guide will take you to snorkel around 45 - 50 minutes to see the wide variety of marine life that exists in these reefs. After that, we´ll continue sailing along the Isla Mujeres Coast to reach the Dolphinarium to use the facilities such as: restaurant, bar, pool, dressing rooms, restrooms and lockers. All food and drinks are included as well as the dolphin encounter.

For security reasons, women with 5 months pregnant or more are not allowed to participate in any of our aquatic activities. Only less than 5 months pregnant women can participate in the "Encounter" program, accompanied by another adult and after have signed the responsibility form.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program.
If you have any physical or health problem, please contact us before booking to provide all information about our services. Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species. Bring mask,towels and cash for extra expenses (taxis, shopping, meals and souvenirs).
Contact us to include children ages 1-5 in your reservation. Children ages 4 and 5 have to pay the dock tax. Children ages 1 to 7 must swim with an adult.The use of safety vests is required in all water programs.

How
much in
advance
can I
make the
reservation?
We do
recommend
you make
your
reservations
as far
in
advance
as
possible
so that
you are
sure to
get
the
trip
when you
want to
go.
There
are many
times we
have no
space
available
4-5 days
in
advance.
We
recommend
you send
in your
reservation,
complete
with
your
credit
card
information,
and if
space is
not
available
we will
call or
email
you with
when
space is
available.
So be
sure to
include
your
phone
number
on your
reservation

Should I
send in
my
credit
card
with the
reservation?
Yes
because
you have
a much
better
chance
of
getting
the tour
the less
time
that
goes by
before
the
departure.
If there
is no
space
available
we will
not
charge
your
credit
card but
advise
when the
tour is
available
closest
to the
date you
want. If
you send
in a
reservation
form
without
a credit
card
number
inquiring
about
availability
then we
respond,
simply
more
time
passes
giving
the tour
more
time to
fill up.
Again
once you
are
ready to
reserve
it is
best to
send
your
reservation
with a
credit
card.

What is
your
cancellation
policy ?
You can
cancel
any trip
or tour
up to 48
hours
before
departure
and only
pay a 5%
administrative
processing
fee. If
the trip
or tour
is
cancelled
by the
operator
you will

a 100%
refund

reschedule
at your
request.

Additional information:
For safety reasons, pregnant women up to 4 months may participate in the dolphin swim only if accompanied by another paying adult. The minimum age is 1 year and all children aged 4 years or less may swim for free but this must be requested using the comments section of our booking form. The child price applies from 5-12 years and all children must swim with an accompanying paying adult. The catamaran departs from Playa Tortugas and you must arrive to check in 30 minutes before this departure time.
